Much ado about popcorning

I have made recent reference to Onyx "popcorning." Popcorning is a strange little thing that guinea pigs do when they are happy. It's kind of hard to describe, so I thought it would be good to show you what it is. This is not a clip of Onyx but one I found of a very happy and cute baby pig. It's only about a minute and a half and will probably make you smile.

Onyx makes his debut at school tomorrow. He will accompany me to visit with some sweet children.

Onyx is a unique pig. He is more bold than the others. Is it gender???

very cute. I had a teddy bear hamster that would do that. It's almost like they hit a smell and pop pop shake. *giggles*

Our family had a hamster named CC, but he was from the "pre-Steve" era. Bird is going to have to comment on him, God rest his furry soul.

CC should have been named Houdini because we could not keep him in a cage. I'd be sitting reading late at night, with jr. asleep in bed and i'd see CC dart across the floor...

I kept waiting for a kitchen door to open so's I could hear the reet! reet! reet! sounds piggers make.

Cute video. Thanks for the smile, Bird! Bet your kiddos loved Onyx. :)
